White wine from O Ribeiro
Viña Doña Daría 2024
18,00 €
Limited-production Treixadura from a historic estate, aged on lees to bring depth, tension, and precision to the palate.
Origin
Barzamedelle, in the heart of O Ribeiro, with hillside vineyards and sandy granite soil.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested, carefully selected, and rested for 10 months on lees to build complexity.
Profile
A gastronomic white, fresh and structured, made for the table and with length in the glass.
The estate
The wine is presented as a direct extension of the estate.
Each bottle of Viña Doña Daría reflects the character of Ribeiro, one of Galicia's oldest appellations, located in the province of Ourense. On our estate, over sandy granite soils known as sábrego, the grapes ripen slowly on historic slopes declared a Site of Cultural Interest, a landscape where viticulture has been practiced for more than a thousand years.
Artisanal winemaking
Every vine is cared for entirely by hand by the grower, selecting clusters one by one with maximum attention. After harvest, the wine ferments and rests for 10 months, developing aromatic complexity and an elegant texture that set it apart.
The glass experience
It shows a bright lemon color and an intense nose with notes of green apple, melon, and white flowers. On the palate it offers balanced acidity, a medium body, and a long, fresh finish, making it ideal both for immediate enjoyment and for lingering in memory.
